New EO CEO Makes Debut at DC Christmas Party

EO Members Greet New CEO, Carrie Santos, Center

The Entrepreneurs' Organization welcomed incoming CEO, Carrie Santos at the annual black-tie EO DC Christmas gala in Washington, DC last weekend.

Santos comes to EO from the US Department of State, where she served as Policy Section Chief of Refugee Admissions. Prior to that, she worked at the American Red Cross as the Executive Director for International Response and Programs.

“EO has evolved to become an international organization with membership and key staff located throughout the world,” said EO Global Chairman, Brian Brault. “The inclusive, results-oriented leadership that Carrie brings to the table is precisely what we need to take us to the next level.”

The annual Christmas gala was at DC's only active distillery, Jos. A. Magnus & Co. The distillery, established in 1892, and revived in 2015, provided a unique venue that was both trendy and reminiscent of an earlier era. Members were able to tour the operations and to try samples.
